You could generate so much more leads within your business niche if you just knew how. Consider the following helpful advice as you think about how your plans should change.

Advice #1: Landing Pages

When pursuing online advertising, use landing pages to your advantage. Landing pages help drive traffic to your website. The landing page should give your leads the information they need. Make certain a contact form is available and easy to use.

Advice #2: Affiliate Marketing

Look to affiliate marketing to generate leads and even customers. Why do all the work for leads when you can have others do it for you on commission? Affiliate programs are a very effective way of introducing your product to new audiences. In fact, you'll see a lot of content created around your product or service. That's very effective.

Advice #3: Pay For Leads

Look into opportunities where you may be able to pay for leads. Paying for leads is not a bad thing at all. In fact, there are many companies out there that can deliver you leads at a surprisingly low cost. Just do your homework before signing up with anyone. There are scams out there.

Advice #4: Opt-out

Make sure that opt-out and privacy policies are clearly visible and laid out on your website. Quickly remove those who do not want to receive your materials. It is not only a waste of time to send it to those not buying, but it is also necessary to not send it to those who do not wish it for privacy's sake.

Use customized quality content to generate more leads for you. If a person stays on a page to read what you've written, you're already one step ahead of the game. When people discover value and get the help they need from content, trust usually ensues. This often translates into more sales and sign-ups!

Advice #6: Career Fairs

Career fairs are a great place to generate leads if your business has a downline. While you do have to invest in a table, you will have a captive audience. Be sure to stand out from the crowd by offering something more than just brochures and your pretty face.

Advice #7: Linkedin

Many people forget about LinkedIn when it comes to networking and lead generation. They focus more on other social media sites. But, if you knew that conversion rates were much better within LinkedIn networks that have been formulated, you wouldn't be waiting to use this service. Utilize LinkedIn to help you get new leads!

Advice #8: Create a Local Reciprocal Referral Database

Create a local reciprocal referral database for yourself and other local businesses. You can set it up on Google Documents and ask people you know to join it. If you know someone who needs dental work you can refer them to a dentist on the list and if he knows someone who needs you he'll, does the same.

Advice #9: Be Friendly

You should be talking to people that you're waiting in line with. You might discover a lead just by being friendly. Do not start selling immediately, but try to determine if they might be receptive to what you have to offer.

Advice #10: Newsletter

Start a newsletter and send it out to your current clients. You can also send them to those who have brought in referrals in the past, and even people who just happen to live near you. If you make it concise and clear people will read it, and you might get some new leads.
